When I paid the full price, the length of the linguine was as they should be, the usual length. When I got the first shipment with the discounted price, the length of the linguine averaged short , 3, 4, 5 inches in length. Very few were the proper length. The quality of the pasta was the same in the regular shipment and the discounted shipment.

The discription of the product says it is wheat and gluten free, but the ingredients list semolina flour, which is wheat flour. CAUTION>

I have been using this brand of pasta for years and anything else just isnt as good. It stands up to my most creative sauces and even reheating leftovers and it is better for dibetics.

This is good quality pasta. I dislike Ronzoni (too heavy & starchy), I like Barilla. I think I like Deboles a little better than Barilla, but I do not taste a difference in the flavor though. I thought it would taste different since it is made with artichoke flour.
