We have a very good espresso machine and have tried many beans. After much trial & error, we just love the Lavazza Super Crema. It is very smooth, no aftertaste, and not bitter. People may want a deeper stronger bean, but for those of us wanting a moderate espresso taste, this one is simply perfect and certainly worth a try.
